Start with a length of the desired wood.
Cut to size and join the pieces…
using a biscuit joiner…
Glue the pieces together
Sand.
Move to the router table.
Program the router with the cut pattern…
…and watch the magic!
Even with technology, there’s still a lot of handwork involved.

Paint to customer’s desired color scheme.
Paint text.
Add the digitally-printed Coat of Arms, and mount in place.
